ASPIC 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
V-8 juice (instead of water)
Celery, diced
Pimento-stuffed olives, chopped
Worcestershire sauce to taste

Prepare Jello according to package directions, using V-8 juice instead of water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into mold or flat dish and chill. Unmold and slice or cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaves.
