ORANGE JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. orange Jello
1 1/2 c. water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in natural juices
1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1/2 pt. (or 1 pt.) sour cream
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Bring the water and the Jello to a boil. While boiling, add pineapple. Bring to a boil again. Remove from heat. Add oranges (cut in half), sour cream, and nuts. Mix well. Pour into a mold or a pyrex dish.
