KALUA PORK ROAST 
6 lb. pork roast
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
2 1/2 tbsp. coarse salt
Ti leaves (if available)
Foil

Rub liquid smoke on roast and sprinkle with half (1 1/4 tablespoons) of the salt. Wrap roast in Ti leaves (if available) and tie with string. Wrap in foil. Place in a roasting pan and roast 35 to 40 minutes per pound at 350 degrees. Remove foil and leaves and shred into bite-size pieces and sprinkle with the remaining amount of salt. Serves 10.
