CRANBERRY GLAZED PORK ROAST 
4 lb. boneless pork roast
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. dry sherry
1 can whole cranberry sauce

Place roast in shallow baking pan and roast 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Make a glaze of all remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until cranberry sauce is melted.

Spoon half the glaze over the roast and continue roasting for 30 to 45 minutes until internal temperature is 155 to 160 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with remaining glaze.
