KAY'S PINEAPPLE CAKE | |
2 eggs, beaten 2 c. sugar 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (21 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained 1 c. pecans Combine all ingredients by hand. Put in 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 2 tbsp. butter, softened 2 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla |
