HASH CHEESE BISCUIT BAKE 
2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans corned beef hash
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerator biscuits
1 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Preheat to 375 degrees. In medium bowl, combine hash, pepper, 1 cup cheese; mix. Spread in bottom of 10x6x2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese. Bake uncovered 30 minutes. Increase oven to 475 degrees.

Separate biscuits. Dip top of each biscuit in melted butter, then parsley, then in rest of cheese. Arrange biscuits side up on top of hash. Bake 10 minutes or until done.
