KEEPING SOURDOUGH STARTER | |
To keep starter: Add 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup sifted all purpose flour and 1 teaspoon sugar to leftover starter. Let stand until bubbly and well fermented at least 1 day. Store in refrigerator. If not used within 10 days, add 1 teaspoon sugar. |
