2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. butter, softened
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. shredded coconut

Put milk, sugar, Bisquick, softened butter, eggs and vanilla in a blender. Mix well. Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle coconut on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
