SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, split, deboned
Drained, sliced pineapple
3/4 bottle Catalina dressing
1 sm. sliced onion
1 tsp. poppy seed

Place washed, blotted chicken in baking pan. Top with onion, pineapple, dressing and poppy seed. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour, or until meat is tender. Serve over noodles or rice.
