SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 med. sweet potatoes, boiled and drained, or 1 can sweet potatoes, drained and heated
1 stick butter
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs

Mix well and pour into long dish.

TOPPING:

1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. pecans
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. bourbon

Put in small pan. Melt and spread on top of potatoes. Bake at 325 degrees about 30 minutes or until set in center. Depth will determine needed baking time.

You can double the topping recipe if you like a good crunch.
