CRUSTLESS COCONUT PIE 
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 can (6 or 7 oz.) coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. self-rising flour

Combine all ingredients, adding flour last. Pour in large greased pie pan. Bake 50 minutes at 325 degrees. Turn off heat; leave in oven 10 more minutes to prevent filling from falling. 12 to 14 servings.
