FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 lb. 1 oz. can fruit cocktail, undrained
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. regular flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut

Grease and flour bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Beat eggs and sugar at high speed until light and fluffy. Add fruit cocktail, flour, soda, salt and vanilla. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with coconut and walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown. While hot, drizzle with glaze.

GLAZE:

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients in small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
