CHOP SUEY 
2 c. cut celery (big pieces)
1 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. bouillon or chicken broth
1 lb. hamburger
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. molasses
1 can bean sprouts

Cook hamburger separately. Set aside. Cook onions in butter; put celery and cook in chicken broth until crispy. Add hamburger. Thicken with the cornstarch, water, soy sauce and molasses mixture. Rinse bean sprouts; add to the rest. Cook a few more minutes.
