TOMATO BISQUE 
1 - 14 ounce can tomato sauce
1 - 14 ounce can stewed tomatoes
1 small onion chopped
1/3 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
1 tablespoon sugar
3 bay leaves
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 cup V - 8 juice
salt and black pepper to taste

Combine tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, onion, bacon crumbles, sugar, bay leaves, garlic, chicken bouillon, V - 8 juice, salt and pepper in a large sauce pan. Mix well. Simmer 1 hour. Serve hot with homemade croutons.
