1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 med. onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bag tator tots

Brown ground beef and onions, drain. In a 3 quart casserole dish, combine first 3 ingredients, top with tator tots. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
