BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 stick butter
3/4 tbsp. garlic powder
1 c. onion, finely diced
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 tbsp. salt
1 c. chili sauce (same as cocktail sauce)
1/2 c. tomato puree
15 oz. Worcestershire sauce
2/3 c. wine vinegar with garlic
1 1/2 lemons, juiced
1 c. boiling water

Cook onion in butter until soft enough to mash. Add other ingredients and cook about 1 hour, or until thickens. Stir often.
