PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. pineapple juice
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
1/2 c. melted butter

Combine sugar, flour and pineapple juice with pineapple tidbits. Add shredded cheese. Pour into casserole dish. Top with crushed graham crackers. Pour melted butter over top of casserole. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Good served with ham.
