LIMA PIE 
1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand milk
1/3 c. fresh lime juice
3 eggs
Prebaked 9" pie shell

Mix milk, lime juice and beaten egg yolks. Fold in well beaten egg whites. Place mixture in baked pie shell. Bake in 250 degree oven for 10 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Before serving whip 1 cup whipping cream, 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 tablespoon rum. Top pie with cream mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon.
