CHERRY CHEESE BARS 
CRUST:

1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter Crisco

FILLING:

16 oz. cream cheese, soft
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13"x9" pan. Combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in Crisco to form crumbs; set aside 1/2 cup. Press in bottom of pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla at medium speed until smooth. Spread over hot crust. Bake 15 minutes. Spread cherries on top. Sprinkle 1/2 cup crumbs on top. Bake 15 minutes. Cool; chill for several hours.
