CHERRY - GLAZED CHEESE PIE 
9" unbaked graham cracker pie shell
1 pkg. (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

1. Make pie shell; refrigerate while preparing filling.

2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

3. In large bowl, with wooden spoon, beat cheese until light.

4. Add sugar gradually, beating until mixture is smooth. Add flour and eggs; beat thoroughly.

5. Add milk and vanilla, beating until well combined.

6. Pour filling into pie shell; bake 40 minutes, or until firm in center and lightly browned. Let cool on wire rack.

7. Meanwhile, make the Red Cherry Glaze. Spread on cooled pie. Refrigerate until serving. Makes 8 servings.
