FRUIT CRISP 
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. plain flour
1/2 c. butter
1 can fruit pie filling
1 1/2 c. quick cook rolled oats
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. plain flour
5 tbsp. butter, melted

To form the pastry, combine salt, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and 1 cup flour in a bowl, cut in butter. Press into a 2 quart or 11 x 7 inch baking dish. Bake pastry for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

For the filling, pour fruit pie filling out of can over baked crust.

For topping, combine rolled oats, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup flour and melted butter. Sprinkle over filling.

Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly around edges at 350 degrees. Makes 6-8 servings.
