QUICK YEAST BISCUITS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. warm water
1/4 c. Crisco
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
4 c. self-rising flour

Mix and pour into greased muffin pan and bake about 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Left over mix ay be kept in refrigerator.
