ALMOLGMASIA CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. butter
4 c. self-rising flour
6 eggs (not beaten)
1 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. allspice
1 pt. jam (any kind)
1 c. raisins

Mix together and beat well.

Makes 4 layers.

Filling:

8 egg yolks
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sweet milk
2 c. nuts
2 c. raisins
2 c. coconut

Cook in double boiler until thick the first 4 ingredients. Beat until cold. Add nuts, raisins and coconut. Spread on cake.
