DEVILED CRAB & SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 lb. crab meat
2 c. coached rolled cracker crumbs
3/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. milk (if needed add more milk)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 lb. small shrimp (cooked & peeled)
3/4 c. diced celery
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter, melted
1 tsp. dry mustard
A few grains of cayenne
2 tbsp. green pepper

Combine crab & shrimp with crumbs and moisten with butter and milk. Season with mustard, salt, cayenne and green pepper. Mix thoroughly. Pile into scallop shells or a casserole and bake at 350 degrees about 1/2 hour.
