EASY LIME PIE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
1 tsp. grated lime peel and 1 tsp. lime juice
1 c. whipped topping
1 (9 inch) prepared pie crust

Prepare gelatin according to directions except reduce water to 1 1/2 cups. Add grated lime peel and lime juice. Chill until thickened. Beat with electric beater until double in volume. Fold in whipped topping and pour into pie crust. Chill until firm.
