Cornmeal Pie

If possible I would give this a 10 star. You would never believe how rich and wonderful this pie is. I did add both pecan and coconut. As it bakes, the top puffs up and becomes crusty. I had to begin breaking off this rich crust formed by the ingredients themselves and begin to nibble. OMG!!! I will make this again - but next time - I want to pour the ingredients out on a flat cookie sheet and just bake until the entire thing is just nothing but crunch. It is honestly THAT good. Thanks for this submission. It will be one of my permanent and often used pie recipes.
