1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
2 beaten eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. confectioners' sugar

Combine cake mix, 2 eggs, butter and nuts. Pat into a well greased 9"x13" pan. Mixture will be very thick. Mix remaining ingredients. Spread over top of cake mixture and bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.

NOTE: Cream cheese mixture may be omitted and cake baked to be served as brownies.
