WILD RICE SALAD 
1 c. raw wild rice
Green onions to taste (some tops)
1 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. slivered almonds
2 cans sm. party shrimp

Cook rice; drain and rinse well. Add rest of ingredients.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together.
