HAM PAT 
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 c mayonnaise
1 tbsp minced fresh onion
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tbsp minced fresh parsley
1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
2 c finely chopped ham
crackers

In food processor, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion, mustard, parsley and tabasco. Add finely chopped ham and mix well. Refrigerate until enough to shape into a mound. Serve with crackers.

This may be made several days in advance.

Ice with Pate Frosting or form into a ball and roll in slivered almonds.
