MICROWAVE CLASSIC MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/4 tsp. instant minced garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

For a firmer loaf, decrease tomato sauce to 3/4 cup.

STEP 1: Combine all ingredients for meat loaf in large bowl. Mix well. Pat into 9x5x2 inch loaf dish. Cook on full power for 6 minutes.

STEP 2: Continue cooking on Level 3 for 25 to 30 minutes or until temperature of 160 degrees is reached. (If your oven only has 2 levels, use the low power and cook for 15 minutes or until done.) Yield: 6 to 8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
