LEMON LUSH 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
9 oz. Cool Whip
2 pkgs. instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk

Mix flour, butter and nuts like a dough; pat into bottom of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup of Cool Whip; spread over cooled layer.

Beat instant pudding with milk and pour over cream cheese layer. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with nuts, if desired.

NOTE: You can use chocolate or butterscotch pudding.
