NOODLE & CHEESE BAKE 
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. minced parsley
1 pkg. (8 oz.) med. egg noodles
2 tbsp. butter, cooked & drained

Mix grated cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, salt and pepper. Divide into 2 portions. Mix parsley with half. Place half the noodles in a buttered 13 x 9 pan. Top with cheese and parsley mixture. Add remaining noodles then top with plain cheese mixture. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until set and brown.
