CARROT - PINEAPPLE BREAD 
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained

Put all ingredients in bowl; mix and bake at 350 degrees.
