4 young whole chickens
Parsley
Flour
Dash of pepper
8 eggs
Oil

Wash and dry chickens and cut into pieces. Beat eggs and dip chicken pieces into eggs. Then roll in flour and pepper. Fry in hot oil until cooked. Sprinkle with parsley for flavor.
