TEENAGE HAMBURGER 
1 lb. ground beef
4 med. pieces celery
1/2 med. green pepper
1 med. onion
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can milk

Brown chopped onions, celery and green pepper in 1 tablespoon Crisco. Add beef and brown. Drain drippings. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve on rice or toasted buns.
