CLAM CAKES 
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. chopped clams
1 1/2 c. clam juice (add a little water if batter is too thick)

Mix ingredients to make batter. Drop by tablespoons in hot fat and fry until golden brown.
