COMPANY POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

Thaw potatoes. Combine with all other ingredients except bread crumbs. Pour into 3-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
