FIG SPICE CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
2 pt. fig preserves
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs

Mash figs. Combine altogether except oil and eggs together. Mix well fold in figs. Pour into Pam sprayed bundt pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Frost with 1 cup confectioners sugar, 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Frost while hot.
