STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1 minced onion
1/3 c. rice (raw)
Very little salt

Stuff green peppers. Put them in a pan and cover with 1 can tomato sauce and 1 can tomato soup with 1 can water. Cook 2 hours, covered. The tomato is thick and can be used on hamburgers and mashed potatoes with salad, it makes a meal. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
