3 c. soap flakes
1 1/2 c. hot water

NOTE: Use plastic mixture bowl or ice cream container to mix in. Whip with egg beater until stiff. Do not attempt to store. Mix and use as needed. (This is nice to use on dark blue paper to create a snow scene.)
