HAM LOAF 
2 lb. ham (cured & ground in a food processor)
1 lb. lean ground pork
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. onion
1/2 c. green pepper

Chop all solid ingredients in a food processor. Mix all together. Place in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Top with mustard sauce and serve.

MUSTARD SAUCE:

1 stick butter
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. tomato soup (undiluted)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. mustard
1/2 c. vinegar

Cook until thick and pour over cooked ham loaf.
