SUPER QUICK LASAGNE 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 med. jar Prego
2 (12 oz.) cans V-8
1 (1 lb.) pkg. lasagne noodles, uncooked
12 oz. or 1 lb. ricotta
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
20 oz. Parmesan cheese

Brown beef and drain. Add Prego and V-8, bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes. Grease 9x13 inch pan. Layer noodles, beef, ricotta, Mozzarella, repeat 2 more times. Top with beef and Parmesan cheese. Cover tightly with foil. Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Uncover, let stand 5 minutes or so. May be made day before and refrigerated until ready to bake. Enjoy!
