PEPPER STEAK 
1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms (or fresh)
2 (28 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
1 lb. sausage links (breakfast type)
6-8 oz. Italian sausage links
1 lb. slice steak or beef cubes
1 lg. green pepper
1 sm. to med. onion

Cook and brown sausage; slice into circles and set aside. Cut onion and pepper into small chunks (as desired). Put aside.

In large pot saute the beef, cut into bite size pieces with a little bit of garlic. Cook until light brown. Add in the stewed tomatoes with about 1/2 can of water. Add in mushrooms, onion pieces, pepper pieces and sausage slices. Season to suit taste. Let stew about 1/2 hour. Serve over rice, noodles or plain as a side dish for a hot buffet.
