PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE CREAM 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. whipping cream

In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate pieces, milk and sugar. Stir over low heat until chocolate melts. Stir in peanut butter. Cool to room temperature. Stir in vanilla and whipping cream. Pour into ice cream canister. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.

Makes about 2 quarts.
