PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE ICE CREAM 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces (1 c.)
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. whipping cream

In medium saucepan, combine chocolate pieces, milk, and sugar. Stir over low heat until chocolate melts. Stir in peanut butter. Cool to room temperature. Stir in vanilla and whipping cream. Pour into ice cream canister.

Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacture's directions. Makes 2 quarts.
