BEEF AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 box noodles romanoff
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp thyme
Dash of pepper
1 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Prepare noodles according to directions. Brown meat and onions. Stir in soup, milk and seasonings; add noodle mixture. Turn into 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with mixture of crumbs and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 5 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
