BEEF ROAST AND NOODLES 
1 boneless beef roast
1 med. onion
Salt & pepper to taste

In large cooker cover roast in water and let simmer until done. Take roast out of broth. Add package of egg noodles to broth, cook until done. Add can of cream of mushroom soup and 8 ounces of sour cream to noodles. Heat well. Serve with roast.
