BOILED SHRIMP 
2 lbs. med. shrimp
2 (12 oz.) cans beer
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
4 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. red pepper (cayenne)

Rinse shrimp and remove tails and feelers. Place all ingredients in large pot and bring to a boil. After mixture comes to a boil, add shrimp. Boil until shrimp turn pink (approximately 2 to 3 minutes). Remove and serve with hot butter. (For dipping after shell is removed.)

NOTE: The beer is for removing fishy taste. The alcohol is boiled off and does not have any adverse affects.
