JAMBALAYA 
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 c. cooked shrimp
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1/2 c. minced onion
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 c. chicken stock
2 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. French's cajun grill seasoning

Cook rice according to package directions. In heavy saucepan brown sausage, add onions and cook through. Add tomatoes and broth and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes. Add parsley, garlic salt, Cajun seasoning, chicken, shrimp, cooked rice, salt and pepper to taste. Place in 2 quart roasting pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped green onion tops.
