CAPE COD CHICKEN 
1 box long grain wild rice mix
4 chicken breasts
1 can whole cranberries
3 tsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. soy sauce

Spread out rice in large baking dish. Sprinkle rice packet on top. Put chicken on top of that.

In a small saucepan combine cranberries, butter, lemon juice and soy sauce. Bring almost to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour mixture over chicken. Cover with foil.

Bake at 325°F for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes.
